Sizing Options:

Torso (Front): Place the tape at that same hollow at the base of your throat (sternal notch). Run it straight down the center of your chest to the middle of your belly button. This gives your true front torso length and shows exactly where the chain will sit on your body.

Sides- Measure from top of shoulder down to waist band

Back: Measure from shoulder blade to shoulder blade
