Here atĀ HUNG, there is a 5-day return policy, meaning you haveĀ 5Ā (business)Ā days after receiving your itemĀ to request and send back a return.Ā
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in theĀ same conditionĀ that you received it,Ā unwornĀ orĀ unused, withĀ tags, and in itsĀ original packaging. Youāll also need theĀ receiptĀ orĀ proof of purchase.ļ»æ You will be responsible for return shippingĀ costs
To start a return or if you have any questions/comments/concerns/ideas you can contact meĀ atĀ danielgheredia@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I willĀ send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issuesĀ
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact meĀ immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so IĀ can evaluate the issue and make it right. Sometimes accidents happen and I will make sure to do everything in my power to fix it!
Exceptions / non-returnable itemsĀ
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom/special orders however if there is an issue with something Iāve made personalized for you, let me know and I will be sure to address and fix it. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about anyĀ specific item.Ā
Unfortunately,Ā returns are not accepted on sale items, clothing, hats, or gift cards.
ExchangesĀ
If for any reason you are not happy with your order and would like to exchange something for another size or style please reach out as soon as you can so I can get to working on your new order right away! The fastest way to ensure you get what you want back is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
RefundsĀ
IĀ will notify you once IāveĀ received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youāll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
