Returns
Returns
Here at HUNG, there is a 5-day return policy, meaning you have 5 (business) days after receiving your item to request and send back a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping costs
To start a return or if you have any questions/comments/concerns/ideas you can contact me at danielgheredia@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Sometimes accidents happen and I will make sure to do everything in my power to fix it!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom/special orders however if there is an issue with something I’ve made personalized for you, let me know and I will be sure to address and fix it. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about any specific item.
Unfortunately, returns are not accepted on sale items, clothing, hats, or gift cards.
Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your order and would like to exchange something for another size or style please reach out as soon as you can so I can get to working on your new order right away! The fastest way to ensure you get what you want back is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
